TDM-20 Series
The TSC TDM-20 series mobile devices are perfectly designed for everyday use in environments where high connectivity is required and many different platforms are used, such as in retail, warehousing or transportation. The compact devices are very robust and handy. Due to their special housing, the devices are protected against water and dust (according to IP54) and the devices are also resistant to a fall of up to 1.8 m height. With an optional protective cover, the devices remain undamaged even if dropped down from up to 2.5 m.
With a resolution of 200 dpi and a print speed of up to 102 mm/s, the mobile TSC devices print labels and receipts with a maximum width of 48 mm. The battery capacity is indicated by three LED lights, two more report on the print status and wireless status.
With an 1130 mAh battery and a battery management system, the mobile devices of the TDM-20 series have a very long battery life. The self-diagnosis tool TPH Care, which displays the status of the print head in real time, also contributes to user-friendliness.
All models of the series have UBS 2.0, MFI Bluetooth 5.0 or USB 2.0, Bluetooth 4.2 and WIFI interfaces as standard. This allows the TSC label printers to be easily integrated into the environment. An OPOS driver is installed ex works, which supports ECS/POS languages and POS applications as well as Androit and iOS apps. This feature makes web printing and mobile configuration simpel.
Optionally, the TDM-20 series is available with various accessories such as carrying straps, a vehicle mounting set or a charging station with four cells. In addition, various advanced software development kits (SDMs) and several printer languages are also offered.
