Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries: EU-wide.

Shipping costs

Domestic deliveries (Germany):


We charge a flat rate of 6.90 € per order.

For the dispatch of bulky goods (forwarding agent dispatch) within Germany (Germany) we calculate as follows:
69,00 €

We deliver free of shipping costs from an order value of 450,00 €.

Deliveries abroad:


We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a lump sum as follows:
14.90 €

When sending bulky goods (freight forwarding) abroad we calculate as follows:
99.00 €

Bulky goods are marked as such in the item description.

Payment conditions

For deliveries within Germany (Germany) you have the following payment options:

- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Payment by PayPal and PayPal Express
- Payment by AmazonPay
- Payment by invoice

For deliveries abroad you have the following payment options:

- Payment in advance by bank transfer
- Payment by PayPal and PayPal Express
- Payment by AmazonPay

Payment by invoice is only possible for public authorities and companies.


The invoice amount is to be paid within 10 days when paying on account.

Shipping:
We ship by mail or courier (e.g. DHL, DPD or UPS). For larger volumes and quantities we commission a forwarding agency (e.g. DHL Freight).

Delivery time:
Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment. Depending on the incoming orders and stock, the delivery is usually on the same day so that your goods should arrive within 1-3 working days after the usual package and pallet delivery times. For special orders or customized productions the delivery time changes. This will be indicated on the order confirmation.


Important note:
Despite all care taken, the delivery may be damaged during transport. Please report the transport damage immediately to the appropriate shipping service provider, as a complaint will not be accepted by them after a maximum of 7 days.

Please note the following procedure:
Transport damage must be reported to EZS Identtechnik GmbH immediately upon receipt of the goods. If you return goods, please request an RMA number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
